Nilesh founded Genius Minds Consulting in 2012 with a mission to offer bespoke software development services, helping customers translate their innovations into tangible MVP products, subsequently incorporating customer feedback and scaling operations beyond initial product release to market.
Prior to the founding of Genius Minds, Nilesh co-founded Texity and as their Director lead the company to the growth of 30 folds over 4 years. In his career spanning 17+ years, Nilesh also worked and consulted for companies like Symantec and QualComm.
In his current role he is responsible for – Strengthening customer relations, Optimizing internal project management & delivery processes, Ensuring the technical leadership team is always at Top of the Technology Curve.
Nilesh is an alumnus of MIT Sloan Business school and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified .
