Nilesh was the primary point of contact from Genius Minds, the outsourcing company we used at Sambreel. Genius Minds was a tremendous asset and I really enjoyed working together on the Turtleback Travel Project with them. Their high level of technical understanding of .NET and critical design patterns made communicating with them easy and the development group required little guidance. Also important in an outsourcing team from another country was Nilesh’s grasp of the English language. Truth be told, his english was better than mine.
